“Team Work” that is the golden word. Working together in educating our kids. Our world is changing, people, places and our environment is all changing. And we all need to get with the program because our children will be a part of this change. We need our children to be leaders and to be able to work together in whatever situation that life throws at them.
Today with the cost of inflation, both parents have to have jobs. Even the parents that are together or the parents that are not together, it still takes both of them to financially take care of the child. But the parents are not alone because extended families and friends also assist in rearing the child. Then we have the professional educators, Child care providers, preschool teachers and teachers all have a major roll in the out come of your child’s education and rearing as well. Taking care of a child is like building a house, we need a solid fondation (parents) and a great structure to keep the house from falling apart (family, friends, childcare providers and teachers etc).
It takes all of us to work together to reassure the growth and the development of the child. In fact when I sign up a child I always let the parents know that we are co-parenting together. We have to work together and not against each other. And having communication and respect for each other shows the child teamwork and people coming together for their good. #Teamwork
“Daycares are so expensive!” that is the common complaint that most parents are having. But parents really do not realize the cost of running a family home or center facility. As a owner, each dollar that I get goes towards some kind of bill. Take for instant, if a parent gives me $115.00 a week they really on actually paying me $2.55 per hour. ($115 divided by 45 hours a week (kid is at daycare). So actually we receive very little. In fact daycares are one of the lowest paying jobs and highly stressful. I always tell my parents, that they need to think of it as contributing to your child’s education. And that should be one of the top priorities.
At Little Red School house Preschool and Tiny Treasures Learning Center is where you can get a great curriculum and a structure schedule. Now there are places you can pay for less and you get exactly what you pay for, less. But when choosing a daycare of course you must look at your budget and see what you can afford and there are some home daycares that can provide what your budget can handle plus give you the curriculum that you acquire. But I always feel that education should be number one and cost second. I always say education is the key to success. And at what price is your child worth?

This is the beginning of a new year for Little Red Schoolhouse Preschool LLC. Our goal is to get children prepare for Kindergarten.
